Joy Morgan is a speaker coach, leadership strategist, and a much sought-after motivational speaker. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering, earned a Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Rutgers University, and is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Strategic Leadership at Regent University.

Ms. Morgan is passionate about helping businesses and organizations develop their vision and motivating its members to fulfill the organizational goals and objectives. With an earnest commitment to cultivating and training young leaders, she is the founder and executive director of the Future Leaders Institute for Girls, a mentoring program for teen girls designed to develop their leadership skills through mentoring and workshops.
Through Joy Morgan Motivates (JMM), she empowers and inspires people around the world to greatness. She has spoken on television, radio, as well as for Comcast Cable, Black CEO Iconic, the Burlington Township school system, and a host of non-profit organizations in the continental United States, St. Thomas, Canada and Bermuda. She is the author of two books, Roadmap to Destiny, A 21-Day Devotional for those on the Pathway to Purpose and G.E.T.U.P, 5 Steps to Bouncing Back When Life Knocks You Down.
